01. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and unstar ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the unstar website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services.

unstar reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by unstar may result in account suspension or closure.

03. Registration & Account Opening

To access real-money gaming on unstar, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on unstar. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and potential reporting to PAGCOR.

unstar implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed.

04. Account Use & Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your unstar account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

unstar will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any request for your password purporting to be from unstar, please treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

You must notify unstar immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. unstar shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

unstar reserves the right to suspend or lock your account temporarily if we detect unusual activity, suspected fraud, or a potential security breach. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable if this occurs.

05. Deposits & Withdrawals

unstar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.

All funds deposited to your unstar account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. You must not use payment methods belonging to another person to fund your unstar account. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may trigger an AMLA investigation.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• KYC Hold: unstar may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification. This is a regulatory requirement and not a restriction on your funds.

06. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have completed the applicable account verification steps.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account upon expiry.

unstar may, at its sole discretion, withhold or cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, engaged in arbitrage betting, or otherwise exploited a promotion in bad faith.

07. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the unstar platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, pool rummy, and golf — are governed by the individual rules of each game as published within the platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game only.

08. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the unstar platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion order.
• Using software robots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and pool rummy.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other activity in violation of Philippine AMLA legislation.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool to disguise your true geographic location in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction made to your unstar account through your bank or payment provider.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing unstar staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

09. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the unstar platform — including but not limited to the unstar brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, sound effects, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of unstar or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the unstar platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the unstar platform without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of unstar's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, unstar and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

unstar does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. unstar will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and notify players in advance of planned maintenance windows.

unstar's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination & Closure

You may close your unstar account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated Philippine payment method within five (5) business days.

unstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, PAGCOR directive, or other regulatory instruction requiring account closure.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, unstar reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to report the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

13. Amendments to These Terms

unstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the unstar platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and unstar arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting unstar's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities, players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's Player Protection Division in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint resolution procedures.
